Rachel Ann Anthony is a white female, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 170 pounds with blue eyes and dark brown hair. She was wearing a dark-blue turtleneck under a dark-blue pullover shirt, blue jeans and white tennis shoes the night she was reported missing from Ultimate Liquors.
