Carl R. Gustafson

PEQUOT LAKES --Carl R. Gustafson, 83, Pequot Lakes, died Monday, Feb. 21, 2000, in Mesa, Ariz.

He was born March 24, 1916, in Milaca. He was a carpenter and worked for Osseo School District for 15 years. He was an Air Force veteran of World War II and was stationed in England. He married Eleanor on April 12, 1947. He was a member of Grace Methodist Church of Pequot Lakes.

Survivors include two daughters, Ruth Rija and Susan Hilmer, both of California; a son, Robert Gustafson, Minneapolis; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

A memorial service will be in Pequot at a later date.
