PIERZ - A second closed meeting has been set for Monday to discuss allegations of misconduct against the Pierz Police Chief Steve Boser, who was placed on paid administrative leave Feb. 19.
The Pierz City Council will meet at 5 p.m. to discuss the misconduct allegations.
Pierz Mayor Toby Egan said Tuesday that the council met in a closed session this past Monday, but didn't make any decision because it wanted to have investigators look into the allegations more before it makes a decision.
The city is not releasing any details of the investigation.
Boser is the department's only full-time employee and has been with the department for nearly 20 years. The police department also has four part-time officers. The Morrison County Sheriff's Office will help patrol the city while Boser is on leave.
The city investigated Boser in 2006. Egan said the two investigations are not linked.
