ST. CLOUD - Ben Hanowski scored four goals to lead the top-seeded Little Falls Flyers past No. 4 St. Cloud Apollo 6-3 in the semifinals of the Section 6-1A boys' hockey tournament Saturday at Municipal Athletic Complex.
Andrew Lange and Ben Nelson each added a goal for the Flyers and Beau Hanowski and Logan Kalis each handed out two assists.
Little Falls advances to Thursday's section final at the MAC where it will face fellow Central Lakes Conference member Alexandria. The Flyers defeated the Cardinals 5-0 on Jan. 8 and 2-1 on Feb. 7.
