WALKER -- The following recently appeared in Cass County Court:
Dennis Duayne Joenks, 43, Dallas, waived extradition and was remanded to custody pending his return to Texas. Dallas County Criminal District Court sought Joenks' return for violation of conditions of probation he is serving for welfare fraud.
Randal Ronald Clyde, 38, LaPorte, was ordered to serve 30 days on the work release program for driving after cancellation. He must pay $750 fine and will be on probation two years.
Robert John Schnaufer, 37, Walker, pleaded guilty to illegal possession of wild animals. The judge stayed a one-year jail sentence and ordered Schnaufer to pay an $800 fine and $500 restitution to Minnesota DNR.
Chad Everette Borders, 28, Pillager, pleaded guilty to driving after cancellation. The judge ordered Borders to serve 15 days jail and to pay a $500 fine.
Jack James Siltman, 19, Pine River, was ordered to serve 30 days on the work release program for motor vehicle use without consent. He must pay $500 cost of prosecution and will be on probation five years.
Edward C. Stahn, 35, Chokio, was ordered to serve 100 days on the work release program for gross misdemeanor DUI. He must pay a $1,000 fine and a $360 probation fee. He will be on probation three years.
Curtis Roy Christensen, 37, East Gull Lake, pleaded guilty to DUI. The judge ordered Christensen to serve 60 days on electronic monitoring. Christensen must pay a $500 fine and will be on probation two years.
Roger Franklin Doerr, 55, Longville, was ordered to serve 120 days on the sentence to serve program for aggravated DUI. Doerr must pay a $1,000 fine and a $240 probation fee. He will be on probation two years.
Jamie Marie Whitman, 36, Backus, pleaded guilty to DUI and was ordered to serve five days jail with credit for time served. She must pay a $500 fine and will be on probation two years.
