Florian J. Schuna
MERRIFIELD - Florian J. "Beaner" Schuna, 68, resident of Merrifield, died Saturday, Feb. 21, 2009, at the St. Cloud Hospital.
Florian was born on Sept. 29, 1940, in St. Paul, Minn., to Albert and Josephine (Broba) Schuna. He attended St. Agnes School in St. Paul. He was an outdoorsman, who loved to hunt and fish. He loved being a father and grandfather and was quite the jokester. He moved from St. Paul to Merrifield in 1999.
He is survived by his wife, Judy; son, Scott (Marva) Schuna of St. Paul; daughters, Lari Schuna of Merrifield, Kim Kampa (Doug) of Roseville and Stacy Schuna of Roseville; grandchildren, Duane, Tiffany, Tanya, Candace and Kurtis; brother, Albert (Jackie) Schuna of Oakdale; several neices and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Johanna.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, Feb. 23, 2009, at 3:30 p.m. at the Community Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Barb Christenson officiating. Burial will be in Center Township Cemetery.
Friends may call at the church on Monday from 2:30 p.m. until the time of services.
