YMCA offers junior high indoor soccer
The Brainerd Family YMCA is accepting registrations for its indoor soccer league for youths in grades 6-9.
Play begins March 11 and continues through April 29. Teams will meet Mondays at 6:30 p.m.
Registration materials may be picked up in school offices or at the YMCA, 602 Oak St. in Brainerd.

Sophomore girls defeat Sartell
The Brainerd Warriors defeated Sartell 59-45 in sophomore girls' basketball Thursday.
Breanna Olson had 21 points, four assists and made 5 of 5 free throws for Brainerd. Maria Swanson had 15 points and nine rebounds and Jessie Rosenthal seven assists and five steals for the Warriors.
Baxter coaches meeting scheduled
A meeting for coaches in the Baxter Parks and Recreation baseball program will be 6:30 p.m. March 4 at Baxter City Hall.
The meeting is for returning coaches or anyone interested in coaching this summer in Babe Ruth, Mustang, Bronco and Pony leagues. Cities involved include Baxter, Pillager, Nisswa and Pequot Lakes.
