Leora Kelsey

PINE RIVER -- Leora Kelsey, 69, Pine River, died Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2001, at her home.

She was born Jan. 28, 1932, in Bismarck, N.D., to Herbert and Elda Wolkenhauer. She was a member of the Jenkins VFW.

Survivors include four daughters, Vickie Majernick, Sandy Lendway, Wanda Tulenchik and Connie Swenson, all of Pine River; a son, Richard, Pine River; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and four sisters, Carol Burgdorf, Minneapolis, Bernice Hart, Greeley, Colo., May Kelsey, Jenkins, and twin sister, Tina Anderson, Spearfish, S.D.

Her husband, Don; two brothers, Emil and Don; and a sister, LaVonne Saxton, died earlier.

Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at First Lutheran Church in Pine River with Pastor John Twiton officiating.

Friends may call from 2-5 p.m. Sunday at Kline Funeral Home in Pine River.
