Soul Food Festival

It lasted only as long as it took for students and staff to consume the free lunch, but Central Lakes College in Brainerd provided an hour's worth of savory-scented, spicy soul food Thursday, courtesy of the multicultural program and student senate. To celebrate Black History Month, the organizations teamed up to bring the El Amin Fish House of Minneapolis back for a second straight year.
