Patrick Wiebusch is the new broker/owner of RE/MAX Lakes Area Realty in Brainerd.
Wiebusch is a former broker/owner of six RE/MAX franchise offices in the Twin Cities before selling his offices to the RE/MAX Results operation.
Former broker/owners Rachel Krypel and David Ellingson will remain with the office as agents. The office has nine agents working in Brainerd and the surrounding area.
Forum on housing issues set in March
Six public and private housing agencies are joining to host a comprehensive forum on multi-housing issues March 12-13 at the seventh annual Working Together Conference in St. Paul.
Affordable housing, mold, violence prevention, workplace safety, sexual harassment and cultural diversity in Minnesota will be covered in more than 40 seminars presented.
A panel led by national multi-housing policy experts will discuss the outlook for housing issues in Congress and other government agencies. The panel includes: Denise Muha, National Leased Housing Association executive director; Bruce McGuire, a 35-year veteran in the multi-family housing industry and acting director for the Multi-Family Housing Portfolio Management division for the Rural Housing Association; Julio Barreto, director of legislative services and program development division at the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials; Minnesota Demographer Tom Gillaspy; Mary Turner, Minnesota Department of Commerce; and Commissioner Matthew Smith and John Conrad, Minnesota Department of Revenue.

Martin, Christensen receive awards
NISSWA -- Liz Martin and Jim Christensen, Kurilla Real Estate, Nisswa, were awarded the traditional top producer and broker top producer awards for 2001.
Martin, Lake Shore, has been a licensed real estate agent for 10 years. Christensen, Baxter, a licensed broker, has nine years of real estate experience.
Lallman joins Positive North GMAC
NISSWA -- Bill Lallman, Merrifield, joined Positive North GMAC Real Estate as a real estate agent.
Lallman, a Nebraska native, has owned and managed a beef cattle ranch for more than 30 years.
Lallman is a member of the Greater Lakes Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Minnesota Association of Realtors.
