Former Warriors to ski at nationals in Alpine skiing

Brainerd High School graduates Adrianne McAlpin, Chelsea Williams and Katie Ziebell are members of the University of Minnesota-Duluth women's Alpine ski team that has qualified for the United States Collegiate Snow Sports Association national meet March 3-7 at Winter Park, Colo.

McAlpin, Williams and Ziebell are members of the University of Minnesota Duluth Alpine Ski team and will be competing in slalom and giant slalom racing events.

McAlpin, a senior, and Williams, a sophomore, both competed in last year's national championships at Sunday River, Me. Ziebell, a junior, will join her former Warriors teammates at nationals this year.

The Bulldogs have qualified for nationals three straight years.
