Wilfred and Elaine Neugebauer, Brainerd, will celebrate their 45th wedding anniversary with a surprise open house from 1-3 p.m. Feb. 29 at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Baxter. No gifts please. The event will be hosted by their children and grandchildren. They were married Feb. 28, 1959, in Brainerd.
