It was learned late this morning that as part of a motion hearing Friday, Crow Wing District Court Judge David Ten Eyck ruled that newly discovered evidence, on a limited basis, will be admissible during the Joshua DeRosier trial.
The evidence is believed to involve at least one newly discovered witness found by a law enforcement official. At least one witness was a registered guest at the Paul Bunyan Inn on Dec. 23, 2001.
