FERGUS FALLS -- In a game that Central Lakes College women's basketball coach Dennis Eastman called a "gut check", the Raiders answered the call with a 73-70 victory over the Fergus Falls Spartans on Saturday.
"We had to look at ourselves in the mirror and say, 'Do we really want this,'" said Eastman.
Molly RoggenKamp apparently did as she poured in 26 points and grabbed 13 rebounds to complete a double-double for the Raiders. Teammate Val Diedrich also had a double-double with 10 points and 12 rebounds and Chelsie Pratt added 15 points for CLC.
