Edna C. Traff
Edna C. Traff, age 92, formerly of Minneapolis, died Thursday, Feb. 15, 2007, in Brainerd.
She was born Jan. 4, 1915, in Bellingham, Wash. She was an elementary school teacher and librarian for the Minneapolis Public School system and a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Minneapolis.
She is survived by three sisters, Elvira Traff, of Brainerd, Eve Traff, of Staples, and Cecelia (Mel) Granos, of Pequot Lakes; four great-nieces; and a great-nephew.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 19, 2007, at First Lutheran Church in Brainerd with the Rev. Andrew Smith officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Hills Cemetery in Staples. Visitation will be the hour before services Monday at the church.
Memorials are preferred to Bethany Good Samaritan Village Alzheimer's Unit.
