LITTLE FALLS -- Howard C. Koenig, age 91, a resident of Little Falls, Minn., formerly of Swanville, Minn., passed away Sunday, Feb. 13, 2005, at the Lutheran Care Center in Little Falls.
On Feb. 8, and 9, over 40 members of the Congress of Minnesota Resorts participated in the organization's "Day on the Hill." The two days were spent meeting with over 60 legislators, including Governor Pawlenty, to gain support for legislation aimed at slowing the decline of resort numbers.
