Carol J. Hanson

ST. CLOUD -- Carol Jean Hanson, 52, Brainerd, died Friday, Feb. 9, 2001, at St. Cloud Hospital.

She was born Sept. 18, 1948, in Des Moines, Iowa to Arthur Palmquist and Emily Ione Hanson. She attended schools in St. Paul. After school, she worked as a dietician throughout the area. In 1990, she moved to Brainerd and worked at Bang Printing for several years.

Survivors include her mother, Fort Ripley; three sons, Joey Sande, Robbie Sande and Freddy Sande; three grandchildren; three brothers, El Roy Block, Fort Ripley, Larry Palmquist, White Bear Lake, and John Palmquist, St. Paul; and three sisters, Cheryl Brown, Leader, Nancy Patterson, Brainerd, and Beverly Eberle, Brainerd.

Her father died earlier.

Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter with Pastor Dwight Johnson officiating.
