DISTURBANCE - A report Friday of an unusual noise coming from the basement of the Franklin Arts Center, 1001 Kingwood St. Officers learned that they were "making noise art" with an amplifier in the old gymnasium.
ARRESTS - Arrested a 22-year-old Hillman man Monday for fourth-degree DWI and possession of a small amount of marijuana. The arrest came off of a traffic stop when the vehicle the man was in was stuck in a snow bank and blocking traffic.
A 27-year-old Bemidji man was arrested Sunday to a felony first-degree DWI.
Three people were arrested Sunday after a large fight broke out on Laurel Street in downtown Brainerd. Arrested were a 21-year-old Nisswa woman, a 44-year-old Brainerd woman and a 26-year-old Brainerd man.

INTOXICATION - Deputies were called Sunday to O'Neary's Bar, 305 S. Seventh St., to a woman who was highly intoxicated who started a pushing match which disturbed many parties. During the fight, a candy machine was pushed over.
