DISTURBANCE - A report Friday of an unusual noise coming from the basement of the Franklin Arts Center, 1001 Kingwood St. Officers learned that they were "making noise art" with an amplifier in the old gymnasium.

ARRESTS - Arrested a 22-year-old Hillman man Monday for fourth-degree DWI and possession of a small amount of marijuana. The arrest came off of a traffic stop when the vehicle the man was in was stuck in a snow bank and blocking traffic.

A 27-year-old Bemidji man was arrested Sunday to a felony first-degree DWI.

Three people were arrested Sunday after a large fight broke out on Laurel Street in downtown Brainerd. Arrested were a 21-year-old Nisswa woman, a 44-year-old Brainerd woman and a 26-year-old Brainerd man.

A 19-year-old Brainerd man was arrested Monday after a hit and run at the Brainerd Public Library, 416 S. Fifth St.

A 31-year-old Onamia man was arrested at Oak Street for disorderly conduct.

A 25-year-old Onamia woman and a 22-year-old Brainerd woman were arrested Friday for disorderly conduct.

CITATION - A 21-year-old Onamia man was cited Saturday for fourth-degree damage to property after the man attempted to gain entry into a residence home at the 500 block of South Ninth Street South and broke a window. When officers arrived, the man, who was intoxicated, said he thought he was getting into a friend's house.

PROPERTY DAMAGE - No injuries were reported Monday in a two-vehicle accident at the 400 block of Northwest Fifth Street.

No injuries were reported Sunday in a two-vehicle accident at Oak Street and South Sixth Street.

No injuries were reported Friday in a two-vehicle accident at 602 Oak St.

A man at the 1400 block of Rosewood Street Saturday reported that his vehicle was stuck in the snow bank in his yard.

Holiday Station Store, 424 S. Sixth St., Saturday reported that a woman broke the sink in the women's bathroom. The woman said she leaned on the sink, causing it to come loose and it broke on the floor.

A report Friday of a Medivan transport vehicle that was damaged.

No injuries were reported Friday in a two-vehicle accident at Highway 25.

ASSAULT - An assault was reported Friday at the 200 block of South Ninth Street.

INTOXICATION - Deputies were called Sunday to O'Neary's Bar, 305 S. Seventh St., to a woman who was highly intoxicated who started a pushing match which disturbed many parties. During the fight, a candy machine was pushed over.

A report Sunday of an intoxicated male laying down by the garbage bin at the Holiday Station Store, 424 S. Sixth St.

A report Saturday of two drunk females stumbling down the middle of Oak Street.

ROAD HAZARD - Gimiwon Nahngahnub Sunday reported that three bales of hay were in the roadway at County Roads 1 and 106.

FIRE - It was reported Sunday that a shed in Garrison was fully engulfed.

THEFT - A Little Pine Township resident Saturday reported that someone cut down a seven foot pine tree from his front yard over the winter.

A Lake Edward resident reported Friday that someone broke into his fish house while on North Long Lake in the Merrifield Bay.
