Rental property owners meeting planned

Rental Housing Inspector, Bill Kronstedt, will speak at the meeting of the Brainerd Rental Property Owners and Managers meeting at 7 p.m. Monday at the Brainerd Police Department.

Kronstedt will explain the newly formed Rental License Revocation Board of Appeals and the role it plays. He will answer questions regarding city codes, inspections and other concerns.
