COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) -- Peter Sejna's two goals helped Colorado College overcome a 3-0 deficit and tie the University of Wisconsin 5-5 on Friday night.
Wisconsin (12-13-4, 10-8-3 Western Collegiate Hockey Association) jumped out to a 3-0 first-period lead on goals by Rene Bourque, David Hukalo and Matt Hussey.
Colorado College (18-8-3, 12-7-2) converted three of six power plays, including goals by Senja and Scott Polaski.
With the score tied at 4, Wisconsin's Mark Jackson put Wisconsin up 5-4 with at power-play goal at 9:43 in the third. Mark Cullen made it 5-5 with his own power-play goal at 10:58.
Colorado College had a power-play opportunity in overtime after Wisconsin's Brad Winchester interfered with goalie Jeff Sanger. But Wisconsin killed the penalty, holding Colorado College without a shot on goal during the final 30 seconds.
Curtis McIlhenney saved five for Colorado College before being pulled at 2:40 of the first period. Sanger blocked 18.
Bernd Bruckler saved 50 for Wisconsin.
