MOTLEY -- Ruth Margaret Boyd, 81, Motley, died Thursday, Feb. 7, 2002, at home.
She was born Feb. 21, 1920, in Zybach, Texas, to John and Agdna (Marklund) Rehn. She attended school and graduated from Little Fork. She married William Boyd in 1950 in Seattle. They moved to the Leader area in 1954 and farmed. She moved to the Staples Care Center in February and later moved to Harmony House in Motley. She was a member of the Kenmore Club Ladies Aid.
Survivors include two sons, Virgil and Gordon Boyd, both of Leader; a sister, Myrtle Wardlow, Rossville, Ga.; and two brothers, Virgil Rehn, Big Fork, and Elmer Rehn, Hayward, Calif.
Her husband and a brother, Chester, died earlier.
Services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Brenny Funeral Chapel in Staples with Pastor Bill Schardin officiating. Burial will be in Poplar Cemetery.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral chapel.
