A smooth custard inside a sweet, caramelized sugar crust to devour, after of course, consuming a lower fat meal consisting of mouthwatering Greek turkey burgers with spiced yogurt sauce.
The turkey burger and the dessert, Chocolate and Vanilla Creme Brulee, are recipes by Taste of Home and may be prepared in a Taste of Home Cooking Show that will be March 24 at Tornstrom Auditorium in Brainerd.
Tickets for the cooking show - sponsored by the Brainerd Dispatch and the Brainerd Lakes Women of Today - are $10 and go on sale Tuesday. Only 850 tickets will be sold.
