The following recently appeared in Crow Wing District Court:

Nancy Jean Portz, 34, Crosby, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor financial transaction card fraud to 120 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $210 in fines and fees.

George Earl Dambowy, 69, Pierz, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after license cancellation to six days jail, placed on one year supervised probation and ordered to pay $585 in fines and fees.

Brian Wayne Parker, 37, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor theft and gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,295 in fines and fees.

Deseree Dawn Dorscher, 30, Ironton, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 90 days jail, placed on five years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,140 in fines and fees.

James Alan McClernon, 43, Tintah, was sentenced for felony DWI to 90 days jail, placed on seven years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,090 in fines and fees.

Randel Allen Vernier, 47, Randall, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after license cancellation to two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,060 in fines and fees.

Wade Tracy Rainwater, 49, Aitkin, was sentenced for two counts of gross misdemeanor harassment to 365 days jail and ordered to pay $326 in fines and fees.

Underage consumption

The following recently were sentenced in Crow Wing District Court for misdemeanor underage drinking-related offenses:

Olaf Christian Evans, 19, St. Michael, was ordered to pay $180 in fines and fees.

Nicholas James Cluever, 18, Brainerd, was sentenced for two counts of underage consumption of alcohol and ordered to pay $560 in fines and fees.

Dylan David LaPointe, 20, Brainerd, was ordered to pay $180 in fines and fees.

Sierra Dawn Bednarczyk, 19, Crosby, was ordered to pay $180 in fines and fees.

Andrew Richard Boyd, 18, St. Michael, was ordered to pay $180 in fines and fees.

Alexandra Mae Stoneking, 18, Crosby, was ordered to pay $180 in fines and fees.
