Cooking school tickets sold out

Tickets for the Taste of Home Cooking School, sponsored by The Dispatch, are sold out.

The school will be 7 p.m. March 6 in Tornstrom Auditorium of Brainerd's Washington Middle School

Exhibitor booths will be open from 5 to 7 p.m.

As part of the cooking school, home economist Michelle Goggins will conduct a two-hour stage demonstration that features 11 quick and easy recipes, which may include Premier White Lemony Cheesecake, Chile Chicken with Pineapple Salsa or Picnic Celery and Potato Salad.

Each year more than 250 schools are sponsored across the country. The cooking school is associated with the popular cooking magazines, Taste of Home and Quick Cooking.
