Dimitrios N. Vangelof

CROSSLAKE -- Dimitrios N. Vangelof, Crosslake, died Jan. 20, 2000.

He was born Feb. 27, 1918, in Burgus, Bulgaria. He grew up and was educated in Bulgaria, where he attended business and administration school at college in Paris, while working with his family business in the import/export trade. He was married to Radka no Feb. 27, 1949, in Burgus. They immigrated to Greece in 1954, and then to the U.S. in 1960 to live in Robbinsdale. He retired from the International Trade Department of Univac, and then moved to a lake home on the Whitefish chain.

Survivors include his wife and his son Nick.

Services were held Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2000.
