WALKER -- The following recently appeared in Cass County District Court:

Debra Jeanne Dagger, 38, Walker, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days electronic home monitoring, fined $1,000 and placed on three years supervised probation.

Hartley Frank White Jr., 38, Longville, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation to 30 days work release or electronic home monitoring, fined $500 and placed on two years supervised probation.
