Mary A. Tuveson

EMILY - Mary Alice Tuveson, 81, of Emily, died on Jan. 30, 2008, at the Cuyuna Regional Care Center in Crosby. She was born on July 19, 1926, in Oak Park, Minn., to Milo and Mae (Bachelor) Lincoln. She married Vernon F. Tuveson on Jan 29, 1948, in Minneapolis.

She is survived by her husband, Vernon; two sons, Richard (Mildred) Tuveson, of Westminster, Calif., Charles (Lori) Tuveson, of Lincoln, Neb.; two sisters, Ilene (Bernie) Vander Meiden, of Cloquet, Delphie (Jim) Heath, of Seattle; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; one brother; and five sisters.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Wesleyan Church in Emily. Burial will be at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery. Friends may call on Saturday one hour prior to the services.
