COLD SPRING -- The Little Falls Flyers boys' basketball team picked up its 10th win of the season with a 48-43 victory over the Rocori Spartans in a Central Lakes Conference action Thursday.
Renzo Ferrari led the Flyers with 15 points and Jon Schulz added 10 for the Flyers.
"We controlled the game the whole way and made our free throws down the stretch." said Flyers coach Kevin Jordan. "Our seniors went into the game very determined to win and kept their poise all four quarters."

PILLAGER -- The Pillager Huskies improved to 14-3 overall with a 60-37 non-conference boys' basketball triumph over the Hill City Hornets Thursday.
Adam Brown led the Huskies with 16 points. He added four assists and three steals. Jeff Eastman added 15 points and Lee Roberts had 12 points and four assists for Pillager.

Kyle Ashman led Verndale with 22 points and seven rebounds. Cory Umland and Justin Rogge each scored 14 points, Chad Christensen scored 13 and Isaac Johnson 10 for Verndale.
