It's your turn to ask the questions.
Starting Tuesday, the Brainerd Dispatch will introduce a new way for readers to interact with community leaders and ask the questions they've been wanting to ask but haven't had the opportunity.
"Q & A with ..." will be an online feature of the Brainerd Dispatch, providing a live session with a Dispatch moderator and a community leader.
Brainerd Superintendent Jerry Walseth will be answering questions in the BrainerdDispatch.com forums from 2-3 p.m. Tuesday with a live session with a Dispatch moderator, who will ask him questions by posting them in the forum that readers may submit before and during that time.
Readers who submit questions will remain anonymous. Readers may access the forum to watch and take part in the session without registering. Registration is only required for those who wish to post to forums on BrainerdDispatch.com. Excerpts from the forum with Walseth will be published in next Wednesday's Dispatch.
Are you curious about the school district's position on various educational issues swirling around the Legislature? Or do you wonder about the future of specific school programs or the impact of a possible operating levy referendum this fall?
Now is an opportunity to ask the superintendent - and we want to hear what issues are important to you.
To submit a question for Walseth, e-mail Dispatch City Editor Kathi Nagorski from now until 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at firstname.lastname@example.org.
JODIE TWEED can be reached at email@example.com or 855-5858.
