Chad J. Berg

CROSBY -- Chad Joseph Berg, 18, Crosby, died Friday, Jan. 28, 2000, as a result of an automobile accident in Brooklyn Center.

He was born Feb. 10, 1981, in Crosby.

Survivors include his parents, Jerry and Candace Ferrier Sr., Crosby; three brothers, Jerry Ferrier Jr., Aitkin, Jason Berg, Puyullad, Wash., and Justin Ferrier, Baldwin, Mich.; five sisters, Paula Totten, Emily, Shawna Berg, Crosslake, and Carrie Berg, Kamy Ferrier and Tammy Ferrier, all of Crosby; grandparents, John and Barbara Berg, Nisswa, Annlee Jones, Goshen, Ind., and Lois Bayliss, Deerwood; and great-grandmother, Josephine Erickson, Hibbing.

His father, Michael Berg, died earlier.

Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Koop Funeral Home of Crosby with the Rev. Paul Mattson officiating.

Friends may call at Koop Funeral Home of Crosby an hour before services Tuesday.
