Officials, fans and coaches stood at the finish line of the Central Lakes Conference Nordic ski championship Thursday at the Northland Arboretum in Brainerd.
A Brainerd firefighter on Thursday worked to get a water hose to a woodshed fire on the 10000 block of Crow Wing County Road 25 east of Brainerd. The fire, reported at 10:43 a.m., destroyed the wood shed but no other structures at the residence were damaged and no injuries were reported.
