Darcy Richard Wrobleski, 37, Long Prairie, was sentenced for a lesser-included gross misdemeanor theft to 87 days jail served.

Jeffrey Dean Speed, 47, Pillager, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation to 20 days electronic home monitoring, ordered to pay $240 probation fee and placed on two years supervised probation.

Mark Allen Humprey, 41, Pine River, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation to seven days work release, 23 days electronic home monitoring and fined $500.

Lee Warren Frederick, 43, Backus, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 90 days jail and 90 days electronic home monitoring, fined $1,000, ordered to pay $480 probation fee and placed on four years supervised probation.

The following recently appeared in Crow Wing District Court:

Chad Michael James Casper, 20, Brainerd, was sentenced for six counts of felony second-degree burglary, one count of gross misdemeanor furnishing alcohol to a minor, one count of gross misdemeanor theft, one count of gross misdemeanor receiving stolen property and one count of misdemeanor theft by shoplifting to one year jail, placed on 10 years supervised probation and fined $750.

Shelly Marie Ledoux, 33, Brainerd, was sentenced for felony receiving stolen property and felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance to 12 months and one day prison, placed on 10 years supervised probation and fined $50.

Vernon Bryan Olson, 47, Pequot Lakes, was sentenced for felony possession/sale of stolen checks and felony offering a forged check to 26 months prison and fined $100.

Timarcus Derrel Ball, 26, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor giving a false name to a peace officer to 30 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and fined $50.

Chad Wade Boesen, 24, Pillager, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Russell Gene Garthe, 41, Brainerd, was sentenced for felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance to 12 months and one day prison.

Curtis Paul Heikkenen, 40, Perham, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor obstructing the legal process to one year jail and fined $50.

Kathleen Etta Kounkel, 47, Little Falls, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor possession of stolen checks to 15 days jail or 30 days house arrest, placed on one year supervised probation and fined $300.

Matthew James Grulke, 22, Aitkin, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Marlene Elizabeth Forbragd, 46, Sebeka, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after license cancellation. She was fined $100.

Jason John Bauer, 27, Aitkin, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 36 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Terry Jason Disterhaupt, 30, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.
