COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) -- Joe Cullen and Noah Clarke each scored twice and Clarke had two assists as Colorado College defeated Air Force 8-1 on Friday night.
Colorado College (15-8-2) won for the 18th straight time over Air Force (10-13) and outshot the Falcons 40-18.
Mark Cullen started the onslaught with a power-play goal for Colorado College 5:19 into the first period. Air Force countered with a goal by Brian Gornick 14 seconds later.
Colorado College took the lead for good with 12:44 left in the first when Andrew Canzanello scored. Joe Cullen and Tom Preissing added goals to put the Tigers up 4-1 after the first period.
Curtis McElhinney had 11 saves through two periods for Colorado College. Gian Baldrica saved six in relief in the third period.
Polidor saved 18 for the Falcons but was pulled after Richard Petiot put the Tigers up 5-1 with 10:49 left in second period. Zach Sikich saved 14 and gave up three goals.
