GOLDEN VALLEY - Willmar 'Bill' L. Holmquist, 90-year-old resident of Golden Valley, Minn., passed away Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2008, at the Colonial Acres Nursing Home in Golden Valley. Arrangements are pending with the Shelley Funeral Chapel in Little Falls.
