The following recently appeared in Crow Wing District Court:

John David Potter, 43, Pillager, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor furnishing alcohol to a minor and ordered to pay $300 in fines and fees.

Trevor Mickael DeRosier, 28, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,140 in fines and fees.

Daniel Cornelius Rietveld, 36, Crosby, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,112 in fines and fees.

Thomas Alan Schutt, 42, Pillager, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after license cancellation to 180 days jail and ordered to pay $132 in fines and fees.

Kenneth James Gangestad, 20, Brainerd, was sentenced for felony criminal vehicular operation to five years supervised probation and ordered to pay $712 in fines and fees.

Underage consumption

The following recently were sentenced in Crow Wing District Court for misdemeanor underage drinking-related offenses:

Michael James Dewald, 19, Motley, was ordered to pay $605 in fines and fees.

Meghan Arlene Surrett, 18, Brainerd, was ordered to pay $177 in fines and fees.

John Russell Hanson Jr., 20, Brainerd, was ordered to pay $405 in fines and fees.

Justin Allen Specht, 19, Brainerd, was ordered to pay $577 in fines and fees.

Thomas James Osborn, 19, Brainerd, was sentenced to three days jail, placed on one year supervised probation and ordered to pay $177 in fines and fees.

Erin Renee Karlsgodt, 20, Brainerd, was ordered to pay $177 in fines and fees.
