My congratulations to the people at Hibbing Community College who recognized that their football program was not helping anybody get an education. This fact is true in a lot of our colleges who have lost their focus. These schools were created to educate our young people and should not waste time on people only interested in playing sports. Maybe it's time for the major league boys to have their own football farm programs and not leave it up to the schools and universities to do it for people who do not belong there, and maybe it's time the schools and universities realize that.
