Pequot Lakes boys defeat Verndale

PEQUOT LAKES -- Andrew Christensen scored 17 points and Luke Schramm added 11 to lead the Pequot Lakes Patriots boys' basketball team to a 76-58 win over the Verndale Pirates Thursday.

Verndale's Wyatt Carr led all scorers with 19 points. Isaac Johnson added 11 points for the Pirates, who have dropped four games in a row.
