Marion E. Carey
Marion E. Carey, 94, Brainerd, died Monday, Jan. 22, 2001, at Woodland Good Samaritan Village.
She was born May 2, 1906, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to William C. and Grace H. Ebaugh. She graduated from Doane Academy and attended Denison University. She married Clifford M. Carey on Dec. 25, 1925. She was a member of P.E.O., Lakewood Evangelical Free Church and was active in Bible Study Fellowship.
Survivors include two sons, Richard M. Carey, Nisswa, and Donald E. Carey, Camarillo, Calif.; eight grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; a sister, Jean E. Owens, Cincinnati; and a brother, Paul Ebaugh, State College, Pa.
Her husband died earlier.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Jan. 31 at Woodland Good Samaritan Chapel with Pastor Dwight Johnson officiating. Memorials are preferred to Woodland Good Samaritan Village.
