The following recently appeared in Crow Wing District Court:

Steven Hamilton Whitney, 32, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,143 in fines and fees.

Mitchell James Erlacher, 29, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor domestic abuse to two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $163 in fines and fees.

Jerry Wayne Gardner, 40, Backus, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after license cancellation and ordered to pay $610 in fines and fees.

Kimberly Ann Serich, 44, Crosby, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to seven days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,107 in fines and fees.

James Harold Kendall, 44, Crosslake, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 10 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,115 in fines and fees.

Brent Michael Zinda, 26, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor providing liquor to someone under 21 and ordered to pay $500 in fines and fees.

Craig James Worley, 22, Brainerd, was sentenced for felony third-degree criminal sexual conduct to 176 days jail, placed on 15 years supervised probation and ordered to pay $712 in fines and fees.

William Joseph Wilson, 41, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor providing liquor to someone under 21 to 72 days jail, placed on one year supervised probation and ordered to pay $160 in fines and fees.

Jessica Anne Sanchez, 26, Merrifield, was sentenced for felony issuance of dishonored checks and gross misdemeanor theft to 30 days jail on each charge, placed on five years supervised probation and ordered to pay $2,055 in fines and fees.

Brian Wayne Parker, 36, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor theft to two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $285 in fines and fees.

Deborah Jane Johnson, 57, Crosby, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after license cancellation and ordered to pay $778 in fines and fees.

Jamie Louise Whitebird, 33, Walker, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after license cancellation and ordered to pay $410 in fines and fees.

Joshua Mark Hagen, 24, Pequot Lakes, was sentenced for felony domestic assault by strangulation to three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $240 in fines and fees.

Underage consumption

The following recently were sentenced in Crow Wing District Court for misdemeanor underage drinking-related offenses:

Adam Daniel Meyer, 20, Baxter, was ordered to pay $180 in fines and fees.

Darin Michael Lee, 19, Aitkin, was sentenced to five days jail and ordered to pay $208 in fines and fees.

Kayla Kimberly Mae Hodges, 19, Crosby, was ordered to pay $208 in fines and fees.

Ellen Suzanne McGuire, 19, Ocala, Fla., was ordered to pay $180 in fines and fees.

Jacob Steven Steininger, 20, Brainerd, was placed on one year supervised probation and ordered to pay $605.

Meghan Arlene Surrett, 19, Brainerd, was sentenced to five days jail, placed on one year supervised probation and ordered to pay $213 in fines and fees.

Zachary Alan McCuskey, 19, Brainerd, was placed on one year supervised probation and ordered to pay $608 in fines and fees.

Gary Wayne Johnson, 19, Brainerd, was sentenced to 10 days jail, placed on one year supervised probation and ordered to pay $155 in fines and fees.

Johnathan Harold Chaltron, 21, Aitkin, was sentenced to 10 days jail and ordered to pay $208 in fines and fees.

Nathan Lee Johnston, 20, Brainerd, was sentenced to 30 days jail and ordered to pay $155 in fines and fees.

Shoplifting

The following recently were sentenced in Crow Wing District Court for misdemeanor theft by shoplifting:

David Richard Johnson, 48, Pillager, was ordered to pay $238 in fines and fees.

Samuel Anthony Sweet, 68, Brainerd, was ordered to pay $380 in fines and fees.
