Wadena-Deer Creek edges New York Mills

NEW YORK MILLS - Trey VanOrsdel of Wadena-Deer Creek pinned Tyler Wegscheid in 3:53 at the 145 pound class to help lead the Wolverines to a 33-30 victory over New York Mills Tuesday.

VanOrsdel improves his personal record to 23-2 with 20 of his wins coming by way of pin. Tony Wegscheid improved his season record to 20-2 as he pinned Jarrod Norton in 51 seconds at 189. Also picking up a pin for the Wolverines was Jared Wegscheid at 125 pounds.
