Twins Caravan to stop in Little Falls Monday

The Twins Winter Caravan will arrive in the Little Falls area on Monday and will include Twins broadcaster Bert Blyleven, third base coach Al Newman, catcher/DH Matthew LeCroy and infielder/outfielder Michael Cuddyer.

The public is invited to join WYRQ 92.1 FM and the Twins for lunch at 11:30 a.m. at the Falls Ballroom.

Advance tickets are $8 and are available exclusively at Little Falls Radio (north of the Highway 10 overpass).

KLTF's Gary Block and KFML's Rick Grammond are co-hosting the lunch program, which will feature a presentation by the Twins, a four generations of Twins fans photo opportunity, Twins trivia, prizes and more.

Before the lunch program, the Twins will visit Moll Ford in Little Falls and Herbie's Bar in Sobieski. At Herbie's, the Twins will have their picture taken with a group of players from Victory League baseball teams.

At 1 p.m. the Twins will head to the 4th Ave. NE boat landing in Little Falls and try their hand at ice fishing on the Mississippi River.
