Fifth-ranked Osseo defeats Warrior girls by 34

OSSEO -- Against one of the best teams in the state the Brainerd Warriors girls' basketball team fell 74-40 to the fifth-ranked Osseo Orioles Saturday.

Lisa Renneke led the Warriors with 17 points and four assists. Annie Zauhar and Amy Kittelson added eight points apiece and Zauhar grabbed seven rebounds for Brainerd. The Warriors shot a dismal 23 percent from the field and 42 percent from the foul line.
