Flora M. Morgan

AUBURN, Wash. -- Flora Marie Morgan, 88, Auburn, Wash., formerly of Staples, died Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2001, at Auburn Regional Medical Center.

She was born Sept. 25, 1912, in Staples to Oscar and Lulu (Avery) Stolhanske. She was educated in Staples. She married Robert Lynch in Staples and then they moved to North Dakota. She moved to Auburn, Wash., in 1969 after her husband died. She married Phil Morgan. She was active in the Auburn Garden Club and the Eastern Star, attended Jovita Baptist Church and volunteered at the Auburn Senior Center.

Survivors include two sisters, Margaret Schmidt, Auburn, Wash., and Lorraine Cunningham, Cloverdale, Ore.

Two brothers died earlier.

Services were Saturday in Auburn, Wash. Burial will be in the spring at Evergreen Hill Cemetery in Staples.
