LAKEVILLE -- Arianna Lofrano led the Brainerd Warriors with an 8.9 on the balance beam and registered an 8.8 for her floor routine at the Lakeville gymnastics invitational Saturday.
The Warriors finished 13th out of 16 teams.
"It was the top 10 teams in Class 2A, plus three of four of the top Class A teams," said Brainerd coach Dave Maras. "It was a great meet, but we struggled on bars. We had some nice routines. Maggie Friday had nice vaults and Arianna had a great night particularly on beam and floor. But we struggled on bars and we had some falls."
Tessa Helland registered a 9.2 on the floor and Freiday scored a 9.35 on the vault to lead Brainerd.
