Central Lakes College will offer a pitchers and catchers camp for area high school baseball players in grades 9-12.
The camp will allow players to get their arms in shape before the high school season and review basic mechanics.
Registration forms are at www.clcmn.edu/baseball and click on baseball camps. Cost is $50, or $5 per session.
Sessions will be Sundays from 6:30 to 8 p.m. and most Thursday nights and will start Jan. 21.

Beginners cross country skiing class Saturday
A cross country skiing class for beginners is scheduled from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at Northland Arboretum in Brainerd.
This indoor/outdoor class will include instruction on skiing technique, equipment and waxing.
Cost for arboretum members is $5. The fee for non-members is $15. All ages are welcome.
Participants may register at the arboretum front desk or call 829-8770. Participants also should bring their own equipment.
Boxing card scheduled Saturday at Wadena
A 12-bout Golden Gloves boxing card is scheduled 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the Wadena Armory.
Wadena boxers will play host to boxers from Fergus Falls, Minneapolis, White Bear Lake, Climax and St. Cloud.
The main event features Wadena's 162-pound DeWayne Steward against nationally ranked Javontae Starks of Minneapolis. A super heavyweight bout is scheduled between Jesse Ruiz of St. Cloud and Lenny Drewelow of Fergus Falls.
Other Wadena boxers to be matched include Trent Petro (165), Travis Petro (152), Chris Steward (70), Stephanie Koljonen (135), Billy Richards (168), Brent Steward (119), Chandler Green (132) and Elliot Sandberg (200).
Brainerd's Koehnen third in lifting meet
Brainerd High School sophomore Ross Koehnen finished third at 231 pounds in the school-age division of the Southern Metro High School Weightlifting Meet on Saturday at Northfield.
Koehnen lifted 108 pounds in the snatch and had a clean and jerk of 121 for 229 total pounds. He made all six of his attempts.
C-I freshmen qualify for state wrestling tourney
Sam Srock, David Booth and Hayden Zillmer of Crosby-Ironton qualified for the state tournament following Saturday's ninth-grade state qualifier meet at Mahnomen.
C-I finished third in team competition with 130.5 points.
