Adam Thiel scored four goals and had one assist and teammate Chris Jordan scored three goals for the Brainerd Warriors in a 7-5 adapted floor hockey triumph over Minneapolis South Thursday.
The Warriors outshot Minneapolis South by a 29-16 margin and evened their record at 1-1.
"Minneapolis South is a very good team and they really battled hard all game long," Brainerd coach Bruce Thompson said. "At no time could we relax because they kept coming back the entire game. I was also really happy with the play of our front line."
