According to a recent letter in The Dispatch, Senator Paul Koering received a less than perfect rating from the Minnesota League of Conservation Voters, an environmental organization. Apparently they did not consider local environmental issues in this rating. Senator Koering was instrumental in securing funding for two extremely important environmental projects in Senate District 12.
