BEMIDJI - The Aitkin Gobblers picked up individual titles from Isaac Werner (103), Keith Wasserzieher (112), Justin Chouanard (140) and Nick Nadeau (heavyweight) to finish second at the Rick Lee wrestling invite Saturday.
The Pequot Lakes/Pine River-Backus Road Crew finished fourth with Nic Harrison and Jesse Hernandez finishing second and Pat Bresnahan and Adam Kish taking third.
Travis Hallberg and Brett Mlynar finished second for Class 1A's fourth-ranked Gobblers.

Minnewaska tourney
MINNEWASKA - Ethan Kern, Sam Moenkedick and Matt Moenkedick each went 2-0 as the Bertha-Hewitt/Verndale Raiders lost both matches at the Minnewaska tournament Saturday.
The Raiders lost to Minnewaska 52-16 and Jackson County Central 59-10.
Kern pinned Grant Winter of Minnewaska in 1:34 in the first meet and earned a decision against JCC's Alex Anderson. Sam Moenkedick earned a decision against Sam Goracke and a major decision over Devin Bezdicek 12-4 at 152 pounds.
At 160 pounds Matt Moenkedick earned decisions over both opponents.
