Edward 'Bud' Range

Edward A. "Bud" Range, age 80 years, resident of Brainerd passed away Saturday, Jan. 10, 2009 at Bethany Good Samaritan Village.

Bud was born March 3, 1928, in Elbow Lake, Minn. to Lawrence and Irma (VanOrsdel) Range. He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Delores in 1985, his brother Fritz, and stepson Duane Anderson.

He is survived by: wife Lois; sons, Jim (Jackie) of LaCrosse, Wis., Don of Salem, Ore.; daughter Linda Burke of Hanover; stepson Dan (Lisa) Anderson; stepdaughter Debbie (Mike) Magnan; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; five step grandchildren; sisters Darlene, Dorothy and Lucy; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2009, at Bethany Good Samaritan Village Chapel with Fr. Gabriel Waweru officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be the hour before services Tuesday at Bethany Chapel.
