Cass County deputy on paid leave

A Cass County sheriff's deputy has been placed on paid administrative leave, as a result of a criminal sexual conduct investigation, Cass County Sheriff Randy Fisher said Friday.

Fisher said the Crow Wing County Sheriff's Department and the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension became involved in the investigation Wednesday.

Fisher could not comment on any of the details of the investigation.
